Desktop Flag 3D Screensaver is a fun app that can display a screensaver with your country's flag. Alternatively, it can launch an animated 3D wallpaper.

It is easy to install and configure, even by first-time users. Toward the end of the installation procedure, you can set the animated wallpaper to automatically run at systems startup, as well as the default screensaver of your computer.
