11y I couldn't reproduce your problem, so I'm at a loss. However, I seem to remember people talking about a shader conflict. Also, I found this: 'For those having the problem with not seeing the custom hair textures: It appears as though the full version (which includes the race) does not have the hair textures or meshes. Download the hair only as well and extract into data as normal and you'll get the hair.
