Hay guys, I am trying to upgrade my firmware to the latest version 3.75 from 3.15 (factory) but the file is not being recognised via the USB by the TV. I have downloaded this off the LG website and followed their instructions to no avail. I have managed to figure out, after trial and error and largely through this forum that my service screen is accessed by MENU OPTIONS & FAV x7. I have created a file called LG_DVI as suggested and extracted the.epk file into it.

B when I access the service screen nothing happens and it doesnt seem to want to find the file. Tbh is there any point in upgrading it? Software Version: I do not know but check attachment. I was able to get to the software update menu. I used a newly formatted Fat32 USB Stick. Created a folder called LG_DTV Tried with several epk files found on this forum and on russian, portugese and polish LG websites but non seems to work.

I Pressed Menu then Highlighted Option and then pressed 7 times the key 7. I got the menu attached but it didnt recognise a valid software to update to.
